Custom sets are not refundable after the first 24 hours of ordering. This is custom work made to your wishes and so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@froninail.com within 24 hours of your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
