Processing Time

Each nail set is handmade with care, so processing times vary depending on order size and design complexity:

  • Standard order with 1–3 sets: 6–15 days
  • Standard order with 4+ sets: 15–21 days
  • Customized design: 15–30 days

We aim to complete all standard orders within maximum 21 days to ship out, unless there’s a rare delay due to material restocks or final tweaks on certain nails.

Transit Times by Region

Our standard estimated transit times are:

  • United States: 6–12 days (fastest track available: 6-9 days; low season often 6–9 days)
  • Canada: 6–12 days (low season often 6–9 days)
  • United Kingdom: 6–9 days (typical delivery time)
  • European Union: 6–12 days (typical delivery time)
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 days (typical delivery time)
  • Japan, South Korea, Singapore, UAE: 6–9 days (typical delivery time)
  • UAE, Qatar, Israel: 6–9 days (typical delivery time)

⚠️ Please note: During holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year’s Eve), delivery times may be extended due to carrier volume.

Expedia Service – Fast-Track Orders

For urgent requests, you can use our Expedia Service:

  • Fee: 15% of your order value
  • How to request: When placing your order, add an order note in the checkout page specifying your Expedia Service request.
  • Next steps: We’ll contact you to confirm the exact delivery date and issue a PayPal invoice.

What it covers:

  • We can accelerate the nail-making process, usually reducing it to 1–5 days depending on order size.
  • Your order will then ship via the fastest available carrier (transit typically 6–9 days; see “Transit Time” for details).

Total delivery time: Approximately 7–15 days, but during busy holiday periods (e.g., Christmas), transit may take an extra 1–3 days.

Tracking Delivery Status

After your order ships, we’ll send a tracking email. While your package is in international transit, the status will stay as “Info Received.” Once it reaches the local carrier, we’ll continue sending tracking updates as it moves.

You can monitor your parcel through the following phases:

  • Info Received: Typically 3–5 days, depending on your location and processing speed.
  • In Transit: Usually 2–3 days; remote areas may take longer.
  • Out for Delivery: Generally lasts 1 day.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Some local carriers (e.g., in Eastern EU, Israel, South Korea) may not synchronize tracking data in real time, so updates may be delayed. You can always contact us if you need the latest tracking information.
  • If a delivery attempt fails or the shipping address is incorrect, we may contact you via SMS using the number provided in your billing information. For best results, we recommend leaving a phone number if you are in the US, Germany, Japan, or Israel.

Delivery Failure & Lost/Stolen Packages

In rare cases, a package may be lost, damaged, or stolen during delivery. We will always try our best to resolve the situation:

  • If you receive a notice from the local carrier that your package was lost, damaged, or if the contents of package are missing, please forward photos and any carrier notices to us.

⚠️ Please note, we cannot be responsible for issues in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address: The package was delivered to the wrong address due to errors provided by the customer.
  • Missed pickup: The package was delivered to an apartment parcel room or local post office, but you failed to pick it up on time.
  • Refused delivery or unavailability: The recipient was unavailable at delivery or refused the package.
